Online Orders
When you place an order for parts or equipment on this site, your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we confirm the order and charge your payment method. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including a pricing or listing error, stock that turns out to be unavailable, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been charged, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal, our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Pricing and Availability
Our parts and equipment catalog is built from manufacturer data sources, and pricing and availability are updated regularly. Despite that, errors happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, and availability errors, including after an order is placed, in which case we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
Special-order and backordered items ship when we receive them from the supplier. If an item on your order is backordered, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.

Returns and Refunds

Warranties
OEM parts and new equipment we sell carry the manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized Ferris, LS Tractor, and Bobcat dealer, we handle warranty claims and perform warranty service at our Collins location. We make no additional warranty of our own on parts beyond the manufacturer's coverage. Details for equipment are on the LS Tractor policies page and the Bobcat policies page.
Used vehicles are sold under the terms stated on the buyer's order and the FTC Buyers Guide displayed on each vehicle's window, which states whether the vehicle comes with a dealer warranty or is sold as is, along with any manufacturer warranty that remains transferable. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
You may use this site to browse inventory, order parts and equipment, and contact us about our products and services. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping or harvesting data at scale, placing fraudulent orders, submitting false information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
The content of this site, including text, page design, and original images, belongs to Dykes Motors, LLC. Manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks, including Ferris, LS Tractor, Bobcat, and the vehicle makes shown in our inventory, belong to their respective owners and are used here in our capacity as an authorized dealer or reseller. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use any trademark.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
