What we collect. Information you give us when you fill out a form (name, contact info, vehicle interest, employment for financing). Standard web logs (IP, browser, pages viewed). Photos and details you share when selling us a vehicle.
How we use it. To answer your questions, present financing options, value your trade, schedule appointments, and follow up about vehicles. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share it with lenders you ask us to work with, service providers that help us run the dealership (our CRM, email host, payment processors), and advertising partners such as Google, who receive your name and mailing address in hashed, non-readable form so we can reach past customers with relevant offers and measure our advertising.
Mobile data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices. You can opt out of marketing texts and emails any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link. To see, correct, or delete information we have on you, email info@dykesmotors.com.
Terms of use
Pricing on this site is updated regularly but may not reflect every change. Photos may be stock or representative; the actual vehicle's features and condition govern. Estimated monthly payments are illustrative and depend on credit and lender approval. All sales are subject to availability and our standard sales documents.
Financing disclosures
Pre-qualification submitted through this site is a soft credit inquiry only — it does not affect your credit score. Final loan approval requires a full credit application and is at the discretion of the lender. Rates and terms vary based on credit history, term length, loan-to-value, and lender programs. We work with multiple lenders and will share your information only with those you authorize.
Parts shipping & returns
Shipping. Standard parts and accessories ship anywhere in the United States for a $9.95 flat rate, and standard orders of $75 or more ship free. Batteries and large freight items are priced separately, see below. Orders placed on a business day are typically handed to the carrier within 2 business days, with 1 to 5 business days in transit after that. Free pickup is available at the dealership, 3069 Hwy 49, Collins MS, usually ready the same business day.
Returns. Parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery at no cost to you. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. To start a return, call (601) 516-7255 or email info@dykesmotors.com.
Batteries and freight items. Free shipping over $75 applies to standard parts only. Batteries ship for a flat $39 each with hazmat ground handling, and large freight items such as mower decks and sheet metal ship at a flat freight rate. Both costs are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay, and free pickup in Collins is available on everything. Clearance items marked final sale may carry different return terms, which we state on the product page.
Warranty & “as-is”
Used vehicles are sold with whatever manufacturer warranty remains transferable, plus an FTC Buyers Guide on every window that tells you whether the vehicle is sold with a dealer warranty or “as is” (no dealer warranty). We may offer optional extended service contracts at the time of sale — these are separate agreements with their own terms.
