The MT226E is the simplest tractor in our lineup — a 24.6 HP diesel with a straight gear transmission and no electronics to fuss with. If you grew up driving a gear tractor and want one that'll still be doing chores in twenty years, this is it. It comes paired with the LL3002 loader: 1,965 pounds of lift and a 66-inch bucket, which covers gravel, dirt, feed sacks, and round pen work all day. The industrial tires hold up on our gravel and clay better than turf tires ever will. It's the right size for 5 to 15 acres around Covington County — big enough to do real work, small enough to store in a standard pole barn.
