The MT125 is the same easy-driving sub-compact frame as the MT122 with more engine under the hood — 24.7 HP and 17.2 at the PTO, which is the difference you feel when the grass is thick or the tiller is deep. Same hydrostatic drive, same 1,008 pound loader lift, same 992 pound Cat 1 hitch, still light enough at 1,444 pounds to store in a garage and move on a trailer behind a half-ton. Most folks shopping the MT1 series end up here, because the extra horsepower costs little and never goes to waste. It is the sub-compact we recommend for anybody mowing and loader-working the same weekend.
