LS Tractor Factory Warranty
All new LS Tractor equipment sold by Dykes Motors is backed by the LS Tractor factory warranty. As an authorized dealer, we handle all warranty claims and perform warranty service at our Collins, MS location.

No deductible. LS warranty terms are short and easy to understand — no surprises. Bring your tractor (or arrange service pickup) and we handle the claim directly with LS.
Returns & Refunds
New LS Tractor equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase if the unit has not been put into service and is in original condition. A restocking fee may apply.
Equipment that has been used, assembled, or modified cannot be returned unless it arrived with a manufacturer defect verified by our service department. Defective-unit claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Attachments and implements may be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition. All returns require prior authorization — call us first at (601) 516-7255 or email info@dykesmotors.com.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business daysafter we receive and inspect the returned equipment. Defective items are refunded in full. For other approved returns, original delivery fees and any applicable restocking fee are non-refundable. Financed purchases are refunded through the lender on the lender's timeline.
Shipping
Most tractors are completed by pickup or local delivery (see below). Parts, implements, and smaller attachments are available for freight shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipping cost is quoted before purchase based on weight, size, and destination.
Processing: parts and accessories typically ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days via a tracked carrier. Large equipment ships by freight on a 7–14 business day timeline. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States.
Delivery & Pickup
Pickup:All equipment available for pickup at 3069 Hwy 49, Collins MS 39428. We'll help with safe loading.
Local delivery: Available within South Mississippi for large equipment. Delivery fees depend on distance and equipment size — call for a quote.
Delivery timing is typically 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Service & Parts
As an authorized LS Tractor dealer, Dykes Motors stocks and orders genuine LS parts. Our service department handles routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and equipment inspections.
