The MT242E is the gear-drive version of our top compact — 42.5 HP diesel, 12-speed synchro shuttle, and a Cat I hitch that lifts close to 1,800 pounds. If you grew up driving a gear tractor and want the most capability in the MT2 frame without paying for hydrostatic, this is it. Same LL3003 loader as the MT242HE: 2,506 pounds on a 66-inch bucket, serious lift for a compact frame. The 4-cylinder CRDI diesel is smooth and fuel-efficient. Industrial tires handle our gravel roads and pasture clay better than any turf tire will. We just received one and it is on the lot right now. Come out and drive it before it goes.
