The associate kept it very real the whole time. 2 things really surprised me. 1: when I asked him straight up what my monthly payment would be and he told me, that’s exactly what the monthly payment was. There was no going back to another office and adding taxes and fees onto it. What he told me is what it was and he was very honest about it the entire time. 2: this company prayed for me and my family as we were leaving. This was not a front. It was legit. And it felt very amazing and appropriate in this world we live in today. Thank you guys at Quality Auto. You guys knew the situation and understood and we were truly humbled and blessed by the entire experience. I will be referring people to your company from this point on.

Best service. I described to Luke my problem in the worst way. 2 completely unrelated issues. He immediately knew what the problem was and was correct on the diagnosis. It ended up actually being one minor problem and quick fix. He didn’t try to get me on anything I didn’t need, or try to lie for extra work like a lot of places do since I didn’t know what I was dealing with. Just the best experience. Thank you so much Luke!
