Who we are.
Dykes Motors is a family-owned used car dealership at 3069 Hwy 49 in Collins, Mississippi. We opened in September 2025.
The name on the building is our family name. We're from here, and we're not going anywhere. That's not something we say to fill a page — it's the reason we operate the way we do. Every vehicle we sell, every deal we make, has our name on it. In a small town, that means something.
Faith and family are behind everything we do at Dykes Motors. We try to treat every customer the way we'd want to be treated if we were sitting on the other side of the desk — honest pricing, straight answers, and no runaround. If a vehicle isn't right for you, we'll tell you. If the numbers don't work, we'll tell you that too. We'd rather lose a deal than put someone in a vehicle they're going to regret.
Our team is small, which means when you call or come in, you're talking to someone who actually knows the inventory and can answer your questions — not someone reading from a script.
What we sell and how we pick it.
We stock used trucks, SUVs, and cars. Trucks are what south Mississippi runs on, and they're what we know best — F-150s, Silverados, Rams, Sierras, Tundras. We carry solid SUVs for families and dependable everyday cars for folks who need reliable transportation at a fair price.
We're selective about what goes on the lot. We buy at auction and through private trades, and we turn down a lot more than we bring home. If we wouldn't put our own family in it, it doesn't go on the front line.
Every vehicle gets a CARFAX before we sell it. Pricing is posted online with photos — what you see is what you pay. No surprises on the back end, no fees invented at the last minute.
How we work.
You can shop online or come in person — both work. Our inventory is current on the website, with photos and pricing on every vehicle. If you want to get pre-qualified before you come in, you can do that from your phone. We run a soft credit pull that won't affect your score and come back with real numbers.
Trade-ins are welcome. We give you a straight offer based on condition and market — apply it toward a purchase or sell it outright. Either way, no games.
When you come in, you won't be followed around the lot or pressured to make a decision before you're ready. Test-drive it, ask your questions, think it over. We'd rather you make the right call than a fast one.
Financing is available through top national lenders for qualified buyers. Terms vary — we walk you through your options before anything is signed.
