Return Policy
New Bobcat equipment purchased from Dykes Motors may be returned within 30 days of purchase if the unit has not been put into service and is returned in its original condition. A restocking fee may apply.
Equipment that has been used, assembled, or modified cannot be returned unless it arrives with a manufacturer defect verified by our service department. All defective-unit claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Attachments and implements are eligible for return within 14 days in unused, original condition. Used or installed attachments are not returnable except for manufacturer defects covered under Bobcat's attachment warranty.

Bobcat Factory Warranty
All new Bobcat equipment sold by Dykes Motors is backed by the Bobcat Company factory warranty. As an authorized Bobcat dealer, we process all warranty claims and perform warranty service in-house at our Collins, MS location.

Tractors & Utility Vehicles
Compact tractors, utility tractors, articulating tractors, and UV34 utility vehicles carry Bobcat's standard factory warranty. Contact us for model-specific warranty terms and coverage details.
Attachments & Implements
All serial-numbered Bobcat attachments carry a 1-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty coverage begins on the date of retail purchase. Claims must be filed through Dykes Motors — bring the unit (or arrange service pickup) and your proof of purchase. We handle all paperwork with Bobcat directly.
Delivery & Pickup
Pickup:All equipment can be picked up at our Collins, MS location at 3069 Hwy 49, Collins MS 39428. We'll help load it safely.
Local delivery: We offer local delivery within South Mississippi for large equipment (compact tractors, utility vehicles, zero-turn mowers). Delivery fees and availability depend on location and equipment size — call us for a quote.
Shipping: Smaller items (compaction equipment, turf tools) may be available for freight shipping. Contact us before purchasing for shipping estimates and options to your location.
Delivery timing is typically 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, depending on distance and scheduling.
Service & Parts
As an authorized Bobcat dealer, Dykes Motors stocks and orders genuine Bobcat parts. Our service department handles routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and equipment inspections.
