Where stand-ons are not the right tool: large open rough areas, extended hillside runs, or a single property pushing 15+ acres with no obstacles. On pure acreage, a sit-down zero turn is more comfortable over time. For athletic field detail work, the stand-on is the better fit.

Deck options run 52", 60", and 72". Engine choices include Kawasaki FX850V at 27 HP or Vanguard Big Block at 37 HP with Oil Guard.

That suspension matters when you're running four or five fields in a shift. Fatigue affects your ability to hold a straight line by hour four. The Z3X reduces the bounce and vibration that build up over a long day, which is the same reason the suspension technology shows up on Ferris's flagship sit-down models. On an eight-hour turf day in Mississippi summer, that is not a minor detail.

Bermuda at Athletic Cut Heights
